Senior Director of Organic Growth, Content & Token Community: OleOle (Recruiting via Travoom)

Feb 3, 2026   |   Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid/Remote)   |   Deadline: Not specified

Experience: Senior

Continent: North America

This is a Co-Founder / Chief Marketing Officer role in disguise. OleOle is attempting to build a "Super App" for football (soccer) that combines social media, messaging, e-commerce, and crypto-gambling. You are not just doing SEO. You are responsible for the entire demand generation engine. They want to acquire users through two massive, distinct funnels simultaneously:

The Web2 Funnel: Programmatic SEO (generating millions of AI-written pages about football history/matches) to catch Google traffic.

The Web3 Funnel: A Token Generation Event (TGE) for "OleX," involving airdrops, influencer marketing, and building a crypto community.

## The "Elephant in the Room": Risk Assessment
Before applying, you must accept the financial reality of this role.

The Risk: You are working for free ("sweat equity"). If the founder fails to raise capital in 2-5 months, you may never be paid for your time.

The Upside: Since you are joining during a "funding gap," you have massive leverage to negotiate significant equity (0.5% - 2.0%+) or a large token allocation.

The Product: Building a "Super App" from scratch (messaging + video + gambling + crypto) is technically incredibly difficult. The fact that they are building their own L1/L2 infrastructure on Solana rather than using off-the-shelf tools increases the difficulty.

## Key Responsibilities Breakdown
1. The "Wikipedia Killer" (Programmatic SEO) They don't want a blog. They want you to build a database of football history.

The Task: Use LLMs (AI) to generate distinct pages for every match, player, and team in history.

The Scale: "Indexing tens or hundreds of thousands of pages."

The Tech: You need to understand how to architect a CMS (likely headless) that can handle this volume without crashing and structure the data so Google features it in snippets.

2. The Token Launcher (Web3)

Strategy: You are launching $OleX. You need to design the "Tokenomics" (how the token is earned and burned).

Compliance: You are marketing a gambling token. This is a regulatory minefield. You need to know where you can legally market this (Geofencing) and how to avoid securities violations.

Community: You are running the Discord/Telegram. In crypto, the "Community Manager" is essentially the Customer Support and Hype Man combined.

3. The Affiliate Master

Rev-Share: They want to recruit "tens of thousands of fan-run blogs." You are essentially building an ad network where small football blogs install an OleOle widget to earn tokens.

## Strategic Analysis
The Moat: Their bet is that by using AI to translate content into 200+ languages, they can capture the global football market (South America, Asia, Africa) that is underserved by English-centric apps.

The Monetization: It is a "Flywheel." Users come for the free scores/news (SEO), stay for the community (Social), and monetize via gambling/betting (Token).

The Tech Stack: They are building in Rust on Solana. This is the highest-performance blockchain stack available, which is necessary for a high-frequency trading/gambling app.

## Candidate Profile: The "Growth Hacker"
This role is not for a corporate Director of Marketing. It is for a Scrappy Operator.

Must Have: Experience launching a token OR building a massive programmatic SEO site. Doing both is rare, so lean into whichever is your strength and explain how you will learn the other.

Risk Tolerance: You must be financially stable enough to go without a paycheck for 3-6 months.

Compliance Savvy: You know the difference between a "Utility Token" and a "Security." You know that you can't run crypto gambling ads on Facebook.

## Critical "Knockout" Criteria
Deferred Pay: If you ask for a salary on Day 1, they will likely reject you.

Startup Scars: They explicitly want someone who has built from "zero to one." If your experience is optimizing a site that already had 1M visitors, you are not a fit.

AI Workflow: You need to prove you can use AI to generate content, not just write it.
