ChainGPT is a dynamic blockchain and AI company with a culture that empowers self-driven individuals. They are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a strong grasp of the Web3 ecosystem. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for leading protocols, dApps, infrastructure projects, and AI-driven crypto ventures. Your primary responsibility will be to identify high-potential prospects, qualify opportunities, and pass them to the Business Development team.

Important Notes
This is an independent contractor position, not a direct employee role.

Onboarding is handled through a Contractor of Record (COR) provider and requires KYC verification and signing an NDA.

All contractor engagements begin with a 90-day initial evaluation period.

Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research, identify, and qualify high-potential crypto projects and partners. Perform outbound prospecting via email, Telegram, LinkedIn, Discord, and Twitter/X.

Lead Nurturing & Pipeline Development: Conduct exploratory conversations to understand prospect needs. Maintain regular touchpoints and create Telegram groups to facilitate sales engagement.

CRM Management & Reporting: Document and track all activities in the CRM. Provide weekly reports on pipeline metrics and market insights.

Collaboration: Work closely with business units, marketing, and the business development team to pass along qualified leads and refine messaging and strategy.

Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in Web3, AI, and emerging tech ecosystems.

Requirements
2+ years of lead generation, data research, or SDR experience in a Web3, AI, crypto, or blockchain-focused company.

Deep understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, including DeFi, DAOs, NFT projects, wallets, exchanges, and L1/L2 chains.

Proficiency with CRM tools, lead bases, AI automation, and outreach tools.

Proven success in high-ticket cold outreach and qualifying leads.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Must be a self-starter, proactive, and able to thrive in a remote-first environment.
