As an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Sales Specialist at Google Cloud, you will lead the charge in growing Google's AI business by building and expanding relationships with new and existing customers. You will leverage Google's advanced AI portfolio—including Gemini models and the Vertex AI platform—to solve complex business problems.

In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert, working with customers to deliver business value through both productivity use cases and the creation of new products using AI solutions. You will benefit from direct access to DeepMind's engineering and research minds to help solve customer challenges.

Responsibilities
Relationship Management: Build relationships with customers as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert; influence the long-term strategic direction of accounts.

Sales Execution: Manage complex business cycles, identify solution use cases, and deliver against quotas/strategic growth goals while forecasting your territory’s business.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Customer Engineering, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Channels to develop Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and drive pipeline growth.

Strategy: Develop and execute strategic account plans informed by the responsible AI framework across your assigned territory.

Consultation: Work with multiple customers simultaneously to understand their technology footprint, business drivers, and competitors to help them transform their business using Google's technologies.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

10 years of experience in a sales role within the enterprise software, cloud space, or AI space.

Experience identifying AI use cases to solve customer challenges or selling AI technology to clients.

Fluency in Korean and English is required to support client relationship management in the region.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience prioritizing, planning, and organizing solution-based business activity within complex business cycles.

Experience supporting long-term executive relationships and ensuring customer success/adoption.

Knowledge of market trends, products, and solutions (including foundational technical understanding) of Cloud and AI.

Experience working cross-functionally to inventory software estates and build business cases for transformation.

Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and active listening skills.
