micro1 is seeking a Training and Development Specialist – AI Trainer to join their customer's team. This part-time, remote contract role involves using your expertise in training and instructional design to enhance the accuracy and quality of datasets used to train next-generation AI models. You will review and improve AI-generated instructional content, providing crucial feedback to refine how AI models simulate human expertise.

Key Responsibilities
Review, evaluate, and improve AI-generated instructional or procedural content using your subject matter expertise.

Write or revise clear, structured training materials and prompts that meet professional standards.

Identify inaccuracies or ambiguities in AI outputs and suggest actionable improvements.

Provide thorough, constructive feedback to enhance how AI models interpret human learning and expertise.

Collaborate with AI engineers and other teams to refine data quality guidelines.

Contribute to the development and validation of high-quality data for AI training.

Work independently and maintain meticulous attention to detail.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Professional experience in training and development, learning design, or staff development within the health care, social assistance, or business sectors.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proven ability to create, evaluate, or adapt instructional content for adult learners.

A thorough understanding of adult learning principles, onboarding, and professional development frameworks.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured quality guidelines.

Demonstrated capacity to work independently in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience developing or assessing training content, SOPs, or certification materials.

Background in online training delivery, instructional design, or HR development.

A genuine interest in AI and human-computer interaction. No prior AI expertise is required, as comprehensive training will be provided.
