Salary: $155,800 - $303,600 USD per year

Microsoft's AI health team is seeking a senior team member to develop and deliver strategic partnerships within the US health industry. This is a critical role responsible for supporting the full range of healthcare go-to-market activities, from building executive relationships to hands-on project delivery.

The position is remote and US-based, requiring regular travel within the US and occasional overseas travel. The ideal candidate will be highly self-sufficient, able to span from high-level strategy to ground-level execution, and thrive in a rapidly changing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Development: Establish and cultivate relationships with leaders of internal teams and executive-level external partners, owning the relationship from first contact through to in-market execution.

Project Delivery: Lead individual projects from inception to final delivery, supporting proposition development through deep research, financial analysis, and creating highly polished presentation materials.

Market Insight: Maintain a deep understanding of customers, competitors, business models, and industry trends to proactively identify opportunities and threats that inform ongoing strategy.

Full Stack Contribution: Operate with autonomy and high speed, contributing to a wide range of tasks and promoting a positive team culture.

Qualifications & Experience:
Required:

A Bachelor's degree in business, Liberal Arts, Sciences, or a related field AND 12+ years of relevant work experience in healthcare (e.g., healthcare startup, consulting, venture capital, business development) OR equivalent experience.

Preferred:

Deep knowledge of the US healthcare market.

Exceptional ability to build trusting relationships with executive-level partners.

Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.

Excellent numerical analysis (Excel) and financial literacy.

The ability to work with autonomy and relish ambiguity in a rapidly changing environment.
