Sr Manager, Inbound Product Management - Gen Ai: ServiceNow

ServiceNow is seeking a seasoned product management leader to drive the end-to-end lifecycle of its Generative AI Platform capabilities. This role has a strong focus on data infrastructure, AI readiness, and trusted AI delivery. As a leader, you will partner with engineering, platform, and go-to-market teams to deliver AI-native platform features that power next-generation applications. The ideal candidate is passionate about Gen AI platforms, understands the critical role of data in scaling AI products, and thrives in fast-paced environments.


Responsibilities
Own the product strategy and roadmap for Gen AI platform services, focusing on data ingestion, model lifecycle management, grounding, and prompt orchestration.

Partner with engineering and design to build robust, scalable platform components for enterprise Gen AI deployment.

Drive requirements for data governance, vector databases, LLM evaluation tooling, and observability.

Influence horizontal and vertical product teams to adopt common Gen AI and data standards.

Analyze competitive Gen AI platform trends and identify whitespace opportunities.

Engage deeply with customers to drive platform adoption and gather feedback.

Prototype and test new AI capabilities to translate early learnings into product direction.

Lead and manage a high-performing team of product managers.

Requirements
Experience in leveraging or thinking critically about integrating AI into work processes.

Experience building or managing Gen AI platform capabilities (e.g., data pipelines, model orchestration, LLM tuning).

14+ years of enterprise software product management experience, with at least 5 years in SaaS; AI/ML or data platform experience is strongly preferred.

Familiarity with ServiceNow's platform and application portfolio is a strong plus.

Thought leadership in Generative AI trends, AI safety, and enterprise AI adoption.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to both technical and business audiences.

Proven collaborator with experience driving consensus across engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams.

An entrepreneurial mindset with experience launching 0-to-1 products or platform capabilities.
