This is not a standard backend role for a crypto exchange. You are joining the AI Innovation Team, which operates like a "startup within a startup" (Ventures projects).

The mandate is to build lean, fast, and scalable AI solutions that solve specific operational bottlenecks: specifically Customer Support and Financial Compliance (KYC/AML). You will move beyond simple chatbots to build Agentic AI workflows that can actually validate documents, flag risks, and reconcile payments.

Key Responsibilities
RAG Implementation: Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines to ensure AI responses are accurate and context-aware (crucial for financial queries).

Agentic Workflows: Use tools like n8n, Dify, or LangChain to create multi-step automation agents.

Example: An agent that receives a user ID, queries the database, checks the KYC status, and drafts a support email if the ID is expired.

KYC & FinTech Automation: Automate the Know Your Customer process—validating identity documents and flagging risks without human intervention.

System Integration: Connect these AI models to the core backend using Python (Django/FastAPI) or NodeJS (NestJS).
