Social Media Manager - Caffeine.ai: DFINITY Foundation

DFINITY Foundation is seeking a Social Media Manager for Caffeine, their new Self-Writing Internet (SWI) platform. Caffeine enables users to build web applications using natural language and without technical knowledge. The role requires an experienced social media and content marketer with creative ideas, strong execution skills, and a passion for AI. You will be responsible for creating engaging content across major social media channels and leveraging them to communicate effectively with target audiences. This position is a key part of an incubated product at the DFINITY Foundation, a leading contributor to the Internet Computer Protocol (ICP).

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation: Create engaging content and copy for Caffeine's social media handles on platforms like X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram to boost organic presence.

Campaign Management: Manage and run multiple social media campaigns and maintain an effective content calendar.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal and external stakeholders, including the design team, to ensure effective and accurate social media communications and create visually appealing graphics.

Analytics and Reporting: Use a data-based approach to report on insights and social media analytics, tracking defined metrics and KPIs.

Influencer Relations: Establish relationships with social media influencers to build a strong network.

Required Qualifications
Experience:

5+ years of experience managing social channels for a tech-focused company.

Experience developing and executing social strategies and thought leadership campaigns.

Professional experience in the AI field.

Skills:

Exceptional writing skills and a strong eye for detail.

"Scrappiness" and experience working in fast-paced startup environments.

Proficiency with key tools like Sprout Social and strong knowledge of social media analytics.

Must be a "power user" of X (Twitter).

Work Location: The role requires working in the San Francisco office at least 3 days per week.
