Senior Product Manager, Agents: Superhuman (incorporating Grammarly)

This position is within the Agents team, focusing on the company’s strategy to launch new categories of AI agents. The goal is to expand Superhuman’s reach beyond writing assistance into richer productivity workflows, integrating AI into over 1 million applications and websites.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Roadmap: Develop product strategy for new agent categories that power productivity workflows.

User Experience: Create intuitive experiences that make complex LLM capabilities approachable and useful.

Execution: Define problem spaces, craft hypotheses, and lead "zero-to-one" initiatives from initial idea to scale.

Data & Evaluation: Build learning loops and evaluation frameworks, running experiments to inform product decisions.

Collaboration: Partner with engineers, designers, data scientists, and researchers across different geographies.

Qualifications

Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Product Management.

AI Expertise: Professional experience building AI/ML products or active personal experimentation with AI technology.

Product Sense: Proven track record of shipping consumer products at scale with a focus on high-quality design.

Analytical Skills: Ability to define success metrics and move critical KPIs.

Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to drive impact in ambiguous product areas and work independently with minimal guidance.
