Senior Director, Artificial Intelligence Transformation, Global Marketing Services at Visa

Visa is seeking a visionary Senior Director of Global Marketing Services to lead a significant transformation by integrating Artificial Intelligence to drive operational excellence across its tools, processes, and systems. This leader will partner with teams across Digital Experiences & Capabilities (DXC), Technology, and Legal to manage the design, deployment, and adoption of multiple AI tools. The goal is to enable the worldwide Marketing Services Team to work more efficiently, accelerate speed to market, and maximize time spent servicing clients.

Responsibilities
AI Program Leadership: Lead and manage all AI initiatives for Marketing Services, overseeing strategy, execution, milestone tracking, and performance measurement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with DXC, Technology, Legal, and regional Marketing Services teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of capabilities.

Ambassador Enablement: Empower and equip Marketing Services AI Ambassadors to pilot new capabilities, provide feedback, and champion adoption.

Change Management: Drive the adoption of AI tools and new ways of working within the Marketing Services team.

Reporting and Insights: Develop and deliver executive-level AI presentations and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Process Re-engineering: Serve as the voice of Marketing Services in enterprise-wide projects to simplify tools and processes.

Training and Communication: Build and execute robust training and change management plans.

Requirements
Basic Qualifications:

12+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, OR

10+ years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g., Masters/MBA), OR

5+ years of work experience with a PhD.

Preferred Qualifications:

15+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 12+ years with an Advanced Degree.

Demonstrated mastery and hands-on experience with a wide range of AI tools and platforms is essential.

Proven experience in payments, program management, and marketing technology.

Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional programs.

Executive-level communication and presentation skills.

A track record of driving change management and technology adoption.

Ability to operate in ambiguity and drive complex projects.

Requires travel 10-15% of the time.
