Role Overview
As a Product Manager (AI) at Crypto.com, you will lead the strategic integration of artificial intelligence across the entire ecosystem. This role serves as the bridge between cutting-edge AI capabilities and core user experiences, moving beyond standalone tools to architect a cohesive AI strategy. Your goal is to embed intelligence into onboarding, KYC flows, and personalized user insights for over 80 million global customers.

Key Responsibilities
AI Integration Strategy: Collaborate with Product Leads to identify and implement AI opportunities across various feature verticals for a unified user experience.

LLM Implementation: Partner with AI/ML researchers to integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into core features, focusing on high response quality, relevance, and low latency.

Operational Excellence: Scale AI-powered support tools and automated KYC verification flows to improve efficiency without adding friction to the user journey.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead multidisciplinary teams (Engineering, Data Infrastructure, Design) to translate complex AI capabilities into mobile-first requirements.

Data & Trust: Define success metrics for rapid experimentation and ensure all AI products adhere to global standards for privacy, reliability, and ethics.

Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years in Product Management, specifically within AI, fintech, or high-growth data platform environments.

AI/ML Literacy: Strong grasp of generative AI fundamentals, including prompt engineering and the challenges of deploying LLMs in production.

Technical Familiarity: Experience with AI Agent tooling (e.g., Alfred AI) and automating user verification or support workflows.

Product Sense: A "user-first" mindset with a passion for simplifying sophisticated technical solutions for a global audience.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field; Masters/MBA is a plus.
