Member of Marketing - Asia: Anchorage Digital

Anchorage Digital is an advanced digital asset platform that enables institutions to participate in crypto through custody, staking, trading, and more. It is home to the only federally chartered crypto bank in the U.S.

The company is seeking its first marketing hire in Asia. This person will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to grow the client base in the region. This is a strategic, execution-oriented, and generalist role for someone passionate about crypto.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute local marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales enablement across key markets in Asia Pacific.

Adapt existing global campaigns and value propositions to meet local market needs.

Act as the subject matter expert in institutional crypto marketing in Asia, with a focus on local communications, event marketing, and social media.

Collaborate with the global marketing team, the Asia Pacific sales team, and the brand design team.

Lead and contribute to significant cross-functional projects with minimal oversight.

Develop fluency in Anchorage Digital's product and platform capabilities to effectively position them for the Asia Pacific market.

Requirements
Required Qualifications:

8-10+ years of fintech marketing experience in Asia Pacific.

Deep expertise in communications, branding, social media, and event marketing.

Proven ability to create, manage, and execute multi-faceted local marketing initiatives that drive revenue growth.

Superb writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly.

Deep knowledge of local media, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and trade organizations in the region.

Experience building a brand in Asia for a US-based fintech company.

Excellent cross-functional and cross-timezone project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Fluency in Mandarin is a bonus.
