This role focuses on building a platform for AI agents to collaborate on complex tasks using Superhuman’s UI. The engineer will be responsible for the core orchestration, routing, and planning systems, as well as developing ML models for search ranking and proactive suggestions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and spearhead a new platform where multiple AI agents collaborate to solve complex problems.

Build and own core orchestration, routing, and planning systems.

Deploy ML models for core product experiences, including search ranking and proactive suggestions.

Integrate ML components with the latest large language models (LLMs).

Operate with high autonomy in a fast-paced environment to ship features to millions of users.

Qualifications

Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science.

Experience: 5+ years of industry experience as a machine learning engineer or applied research scientist (excluding academic experience).

Technical Skills: Deep understanding of modern algorithms in ML, NLP, and LLMs.

Product Experience: Specific experience building LLM-based products.

Soft Skills: Ability to work independently with minimal guidance, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
