About the Role
ChainGPT is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with deep knowledge of the Web3 ecosystem. The role involves being the first point of contact for protocols, dApps, and AI-driven crypto ventures, identifying high-potential prospects, and qualifying opportunities for the Business Development team.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and qualify high-potential crypto projects and Tier-1 partners. Perform outbound prospecting via Telegram, LinkedIn, Discord, Twitter/X, and email.
Automation: Use tools like Zapier, n8n, and Make.com to streamline prospecting and enrichment.
Pipeline Development: Conduct exploratory conversations to qualify interest and create Telegram groups to facilitate pre-close education and engagement.
CRM & Reporting: Maintain detailed activity logs in the CRM and provide weekly reports on pipeline metrics, outreach performance, and market insights.
Collaboration: Partner with Business Development and Marketing to refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP), lead scoring, and support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns.
Market Research: Monitor trends in Web3, AI, and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities.
Requirements
Experience: 2+ years of lead generation or SDR experience specifically in a Web3, AI, or blockchain-focused company.
Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of DeFi, DAOs, NFT projects, wallets, exchanges, and L1/L2 chains.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM tools, AI automation, and outbound sales platforms.
Outbound Success: Proven track record in high-ticket cold outreach and qualifying leads for sales teams.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to thrive in a high-speed, remote-first environment.
