About the Role
As a Group Product Manager for Generative AI on the Google Cloud team, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You will be responsible for innovating, incubating, and prototyping how to evolve and transform Google Cloud Platform (GCP) products to provide Generative AI-driven experiences and solutions, quickly bringing new ideas to production.

Responsibilities
Own Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) by overseeing collaboration with partner teams (e.g., engineers, UX).

Own and oversee the definition of product roadmaps.

Develop and secure buy-in for a product vision that supports the overall product narrative and direction.

Oversee the validation of market size and opportunity for new products or ventures.

Lead the team in defining, identifying, collecting, and tracking appropriate product and business metrics.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

10 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.

5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (0 to 1 experience).

Experience with the domain of Generative AI or Large Language Models.

Preferred Qualifications:

A Master's degree in a technology or business-related field.

7 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales, and other stakeholders.

5 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to senior leadership.

5 years of experience in software development or engineering.
