This is a hands-on, full-time, onsite role for a recent graduate, combining storage performance with AI implementation. The successful candidate will join the Software Engineering team to help design, build, test, analyze, and integrate AI-powered storage performance features into real-world applications. Working alongside experienced engineers, you will contribute to the development of next-generation application enhancements and new products. The role involves designing and documenting software experiments, contributing innovative ideas to complex challenges, and building AI-driven features from prototypes to production-ready solutions.

Responsibilities:
Contribute to the development and integration of AI-powered features within high-performance storage systems.
Design, execute, and document software experiments to evaluate performance and functionality.
Build and integrate AI-driven features using models, APIs, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) patterns.
Generate and curate datasets through controlled experiments to support AI model development.
Develop and maintain software components using modern programming languages, tools, and frameworks.
Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory analysis to enhance model performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (graduated within the last 3 years).
Coursework or project experience in AI/ML or data science.
Proficiency in at least one programming language.
2-3 years of experience with AI development tools and frameworks.
Strong grasp of data handling, cleaning, and visualization.
Desirable Requirements:
Master's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
Knowledge of operating systems environments.
Experience with LLM APIs or open-source LLMs.
