Goodwork, a forward-thinking international IoT company, is seeking a remote Global Demand Generation Lead to orchestrate its global marketing transformation. This role is pivotal in shifting the company from generic marketing to a specialized, AI-powered campaign system focused on continuous lead generation.

The successful candidate will own the strategic orchestration of integrated, multi-channel campaigns designed to drive demand, activate partners, and accelerate the sales pipeline. You will be the central coordinator between content teams, paid media specialists, automation experts, and data analysts, with a focus on activating a reseller network and leveraging cutting-edge AI tools.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Orchestration: Design and manage integrated multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn/Google Ads, PR, inbound content, and organic channels.

AI-Powered Strategy: Lead the company's transition to an AI-led growth strategy, experimenting with and optimizing AI tools and automation platforms.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the central coordination point between content, paid media, automation, and data analysis teams.

Reseller Network Activation: Develop and execute strategies to activate a global reseller network, turning partners into brand advocates.

Automation-First Workflow: Design and implement "automation-first" workflows for lead generation, nurturing, and qualification.

Global Playbook Development: Create and maintain a global playbook for demand generation to ensure consistency and scalability across regions.

Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience: 6+ years of prior experience in roles like Demand Generation Manager, Growth Marketing Manager, or Director of Marketing, specifically within B2B SaaS environments.

Marketing Automation: Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Zoho Campaigns, HubSpot, or Marketo.

Technical Skills: Comfort with CRM systems, dashboard analysis, and converting funnel metrics into actionable recommendations.

Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to lead multi-channel campaigns in a global, fast-paced environment with a systems-thinking approach.

Stakeholder Management: Strong skills in managing stakeholders across various marketing and product teams.

Mindset: A performance-driven, data-informed, and curious mindset with an eagerness to test, optimize, and innovate.
