Gen AI and Data Principal: HCLTech

HCLTech is seeking a highly talented and self-motivated individual for a senior-level, full-time role focused on Generative AI (Gen AI) and Data solutions. This role serves as the primary expert and point of contact for AI/Gen AI, providing strategic leadership and guidance, particularly for high-value, strategic client accounts ($10M+ revenue focus). The Principal will manage end-to-end delivery, ensuring solutions drive measurable outcomes and client growth.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership and Account Management
Serve as the primary expert and trusted advisor for AI and Gen AI solutions on client engagements.

Lead and manage high-value, strategic accounts, focusing on delivery, client satisfaction, and revenue growth.

Foster long-term relationships and proactively identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.

Generate regular progress reports for clients, showcasing the performance, ROI, and value of AI solutions.

Delivery and Technical Orchestration
Lead AI and Gen AI strategies, managing the end-to-end delivery of AI solutions that align with client business goals.

Manage large-scale, complex AI and Gen AI projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

Collaborate closely with sales teams, AI architects, and data scientists to craft bespoke strategies.

Orchestrate client workshops and thought-leadership sessions to deepen engagement and explore new use cases.

Ensure industry-leading delivery by adopting best practices in AI/Gen AI and agile methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Extensive experience in AI and Generative AI, with hands-on knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and generative models such as GPT, GANs, and transformers.

Proven ability to manage large, multi-million-dollar AI accounts (preferably $10M+), overseeing project scope, profit, loss, and successful delivery.

Strong leadership experience in guiding cross-functional teams in a consultative or advisory capacity.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex AI/Gen AI concepts to diverse audiences, from technical teams to C-suite executives.

In-depth experience in drafting key legal/contractual documents for Gen AI engagements, including Statements of Work (SOWs), Proposals, and Master Services Agreements (MSAs).

Expertise in driving client adoption by identifying business use cases, solving complex problems, and delivering tangible ROI.

Ability to work in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment, delivering projects using agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Advanced expertise in Generative AI technologies (e.g., GPT-3/4, DALL-E, stable diffusion models) and cutting-edge applications (autonomous systems, personalized AI, AI-driven automation).

Experience in AI solution design and architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and ethical deployment of AI technologies.

Proven experience in engaging C-suite executives and technical stakeholders in defining AI/Gen AI strategies.

A strong thought leader in the AI and Gen AI space, capable of shaping market trends.
