Full-stack Developer for Mobile-First AI-Enabled Caregiving App: ia Arc.dev

This is a freelance opportunity for an experienced Full-stack Developer to build CURA v0: a mobile-first, AI-enabled caregiving companion app. The objective is to deliver a clean, reliable Minimum Viable Product (MVP) featuring onboarding, daily check-ins, an insights dashboard, and an AI chat assistant.

Duration: 4–6 weeks.

Workload: 20 hours per week.

Focus: Quality execution and fast iteration based on finalized Figma designs.

Responsibilities
Develop and ship the MVP using Next.js (App Router) and TypeScript, optimized for mobile responsiveness.

Integrate Supabase for authentication, database management, and backend logic.

Implement OpenAI API endpoints securely for chat- and insights-driven features.

Translate finalized Figma designs into pixel-perfect, accessible UI using Tailwind CSS.

Build and refine key user flows including onboarding, daily check-ins, and insights visualization.

Deploy to Vercel, managing environment variables and preview builds.

Deliver a well-documented GitHub repo with clear setup instructions.

Requirements
Tech Stack: Proven experience building production-ready MVPs with Next.js + React + TypeScript.

Backend: Strong understanding of Supabase or equivalent Postgres-based backends.

AI Integration: Experience integrating OpenAI API or similar LLM endpoints.

UI/UX: Skilled in responsive UI implementation using Tailwind CSS and component libraries (e.g., shadcn/ui or Material UI). Must be a UI/UX-minded developer capable of translating Figma designs into fluid interactions.

Deployment: Proficiency in Vercel deployments.

Soft Skills: Comfortable working asynchronously with strong written communication.

Nice to Have
Experience with healthcare, mental health, or wellness apps.

Familiarity with analytics tools (PostHog, Vercel Analytics).

Knowledge of form validation libraries (React Hook Form + Zod) and data visualization (Recharts or Chart.js).
