Key Responsibilities

Experience: 10+ years in software engineering, with 6+ years specifically in engineering management.
Domain Expertise: Proven track record in Growth Engineering—building systems for viral loops, referral programs, or onboarding optimization in high-growth environments.
Technical Vision: Ability to craft and convey a compelling vision for the future of AI products while navigating technical ambiguity.
