Domain Expert - Finance: Staffed via HireArt

HireArt is seeking Domain Experts in Finance for a 10-week independent contract. The role involves evaluating, improving, and designing complex finance-driven AI tasks to enhance AI reasoning across financial analysis, statements, compliance, markets, and corporate financial interpretation.

This is a flexible, remote position for 10-40 hours per week. Candidates must be able to work 5-7 hours per day on their own schedule.

This is a task-based position, and task availability will depend on business needs.

This is an independent contract position.

Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. and cannot be based in California or Illinois.

Responsibilities
Design challenging, field-relevant financial problems based on visuals, prompts, datasets, or model outputs.

Evaluate AI-generated responses using detailed rubrics.

Write or improve evaluation rubrics for complex financial tasks.

Stress-test model reasoning in research contexts.

Provide clear, structured, and logically sound feedback on model performance.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher.

5+ years’ experience in a relevant field (e.g., corporate finance, accounting, private equity).

Experience working with or evaluating LLM systems in financial domains.

Strong writing, analysis, and reasoning skills.

Comfortable working asynchronously with strong self-direction.

A reliable computer and internet connection.
