        Citi is seeking a Director, Sr. AI Product Manager to define and articulate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven products, with a deep focus on Generative AI. This strategic role involves leading the entire product development lifecycle, from discovery and design to launch and iteration.
The successful candidate will be a subject matter expert who translates strategic objectives into detailed product requirements, manages development plans, and ensures alignment with business goals and market needs.
Responsibilities
Define and articulate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI products, aligned with business goals.
Lead the entire product development lifecycle, including discovery, design, development, testing, launch, and iteration.
Translate strategic objectives into detailed product requirements and user stories.
Manage the product roadmap and delivery, overseeing agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, etc.).
Manage stakeholder forums, gather requirements from end-users, and pivot according to feedback.
Bring together business use cases and develop new capabilities on the AI/ML platform.
Submit, own, and track the model approval process for use cases, ensuring AI ethics and governance.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for adoption and benefits.
Requirements
15+ years of relevant experience.
Bachelorโs degree required; Masterโs degree preferred, along with managerial experience.
Deep understanding of Generative AI models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and their applications (e.g., text generation, summarization, conversational AI).
Experience as a senior product manager who has developed AI/ML platforms, capabilities, and features.
Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and tight program management skills.
Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical executive audiences.
Proven leadership ability and experience managing change in a large matrixed organization.
Hands-on experience with GenAI applications, architecture, integrations, and prompt engineering.
