Director/Senior Director, Strategic Solutions - North America: C3 AI

C3 AI, the Enterprise AI application software company, is hiring a Director/Senior Director of Strategic Solutions for its North American team. This is a quota-carrying sales opportunity for motivated individuals with a track record of achievement and a strong work ethic.

As a Director of Strategic Solutions, you will work with Global 1000 customers and senior management to develop high-value AI use cases and strategic application roadmaps. You will be responsible for helping customers achieve their digital transformation objectives by identifying high-value opportunities and ensuring their success. The ideal candidate will possess technical fluency and be able to communicate complex business and technology issues with simplicity.

Key Responsibilities:
Consult with global customers to help them structure and implement their digital transformation strategies.

Engage in and maintain strategic relationships to ensure customers realize their goals.

Manage efforts to research, identify, and target customer prospects.

Collaborate with sales, engineering, product, and marketing teams to develop new product offerings.

Represent C3 AI by driving business development with company alliance partners.

Personally engage in strategic account selling, business development, and ongoing customer success.

Travel to customer sites up to 50% of the time, or more, depending on business needs.

Qualifications & Experience:
Education: A degree in engineering, science, computer science, or a related technical field is required. A Master’s or MBA degree is preferred.

Experience: Prior sales consulting or management consulting experience is required. Experience with and a strong understanding of AI and Machine Learning is highly favorable.

Industry Knowledge: Work experience in consulting, defense, intelligence, manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, telecommunications, or energy is a plus.

Skills: Exemplary written and oral communication skills, excellent interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills, and strong analytical abilities.

Authorization: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future company sponsorship.
