Developer Relations Content + OSS: Xava Labs

Xava Labs pioneers open-source, agent-based frameworks that empower developers to build intelligent, autonomous systems. Their flagship product is a TypeScript Agent Framework designed for creating scalable AI tools and agents, with a focus on decentralized technology and Web3.

This is a hybrid role that combines Open-Source Software (OSS) Development with Developer Relations. You will be responsible for contributing directly to the framework's code while also creating compelling content (demos, documentation, tutorials) and leading community engagement on platforms like Discord and Twitter to drive adoption.

Responsibilities
Open-Source Development: Contribute directly to the open-source framework, focusing on scalability, maintainability, and high-quality TypeScript practices.

Content Creation: Create compelling demos, documentation, and tutorials to showcase framework capabilities.

Community Leadership: Actively engage with the community on Discord and Twitter to troubleshoot issues, discuss solutions, and gather feedback.

Advocacy & Collaboration: Promote the framework through technical content and workshops. Collaborate with contributors on code reviews, architecture design, and evolving the project roadmap.

Quality Assurance: Champion best practices in TypeScript, including rigorous testing (unit, integration, E2E), clean code, and modular design.

Requirements
Required:

3+ years of professional TypeScript/JavaScript experience.

A passion for open-source culture and community-driven development.

Proven ability to create technical content (docs, tutorials, demos).

Experience engaging developers on Discord and Twitter.

Expertise in building high-quality, well-tested libraries or frameworks.

Exceptional communication skills for technical discussions and public advocacy.

Bonus (Preferred):

Experience with AI/agent systems.

Experience with Web3 or decentralized technologies.
