Customer Service Representative - AI trainer: Micro1 (recruiting for a client)

This is a dual-focus role where you will act as both a Customer Service Representative and an AI Trainer. You will play a pivotal part in shaping how AI systems interact with real customers by leveraging your expertise to directly assist customers and simultaneously train AI models. Your efforts will help the AI handle service inquiries, model a professional tone, and resolve issues efficiently to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Respond thoughtfully to customer inquiries and complaints across multiple channels (chat, email, phone).

Demonstrate and model effective de-escalation and conflict resolution techniques for both customers and AI learning modules.

Provide actionable feedback to enhance the AI’s ability to handle complex service scenarios.

Maintain accurate, detailed records of all customer interactions.

Support the continuous training and refinement of AI tools by providing real-world examples of superior customer service.

Champion a customer-first mindset in every interaction.

Requirements
Required Qualifications:

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an empathetic and personable approach.

Proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
