About the Role:
Anchorage Digital is looking to add an experienced and dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) to our team to help drive revenue growth by researching leads and engaging prospects for all of our business lines. The BDR will typically have the first communication with a prospect and must have a strong understanding of the sales process and a passion for digital assets. We are looking for a quick learner who has strong communication skills and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

Technical Skills: Possess basic technical knowledge of digital assets and the industry. Articulate core offerings to prospects, build relationships in early conversations, and communicate Anchorage Digital’s value propositions.

Complexity and Impact of Work: Lead efforts for pipeline growth and top-of-funnel expansion across all business lines, in close partnership with sales and marketing. Manage a pipeline of prospects in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and sharing client feedback with product and engineering.

Organizational Knowledge: Collaborate closely across departments to optimize the lead qualification and conversion process. Deliver timely and detailed reporting on progress.

Communication and Influence: Contribute actively to team activities, build productive internal and external working relationships to originate new prospects, and share discovery call feedback with marketing to help optimize demand generation efforts.

You may be a fit for this role if you have:

3+ years of experience, including at least 1 year of experience within digital assets.

Experience in a prior BDR role within a Fintech or SaaS company.

A self-starter mentality and strong drive to grow business within a market-leading company.

Bonus points for being a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Bonus points for language skills: Fluent command of English and native Mandarin to interact with clients and prospects.

A passion for and understanding of the crypto ecosystem.
