Role Overview
ChainGPT is seeking a visionary Blockchain Architect to lead the technical design of Layer 1 and Layer 2 protocols specifically optimized for AI-driven workloads. This is a leadership-level role that requires bridging the gap between decentralized infrastructure and advanced AI/ML models.

Key Responsibilities
Architectural Leadership: Design and guide the end-to-end implementation of L1 and L2 blockchain protocols.

Roadmap & Strategy: Define the technical roadmap and ensure infrastructure scales to meet business objectives.

Technical Oversight: Mentor engineering teams on EVM-compatible and non-EVM platforms (Solana, Cosmos).

Security & Reliability: Ensure enterprise-grade security, fault tolerance, and high performance across blockchain and AI pipelines.

Convergence: Lead the integration of advanced AI models and LLMs within blockchain execution environments.

Documentation: Create architectural blueprints, design specifications, and maintain technical documentation.

Technical Requirements
Experience:

8+ years of general software development experience.

5+ years specifically in blockchain architecture and engineering.

Core Tech Stack:

Languages: Mastery of Golang, Rust, and/or C++ for low-level protocol development.

EVM & Non-EVM: Extensive experience with Ethereum-compatible chains as well as Solana and Cosmos.

Cryptography: Deep knowledge of consensus algorithms, P2P networking, and Zero-Knowledge Proofs (ZKP).

Web3 Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with IPFS (storage), Oracles, and Cross-chain bridges.

AI/ML: Strong exposure to AI/ML frameworks and integrating LLMs with blockchain.

DevOps: Proficiency in CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Qualifications & Attributes
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Soft Skills: Visionary mindset, strong mentoring ability, and excellent collaborative problem-solving skills.

Bonus: Research contributions or certifications in distributed systems.

Compensation & Compliance
Structure: Monthly fiat salary paid via direct deposit on the first business day of the month.

Probation: 90-day mutual evaluation period.
