Key Responsibilities
IAM Operations: Manage backend operating systems on the IAM platform and support Privileged Access Management (PAM).

AI Security Bot: Maintain and enhance the "IAM AIbot" functionality to improve FAQ handling and automation.

Risk & Monitoring: Support STAP monitoring, review system alerts, and identify/analyze risks in account management and data protection.

Systems Improvement: Correlate events across multiple systems to surface underlying security issues and suggest functional improvements.

Technical Requirements
AI & LLMs: A strong understanding of AI workflows, Large Language Models (LLMs), Vector databases, and Elastic Search. Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) knowledge is mandatory.

Software Engineering: Proficiency in Python and Django. Familiarity with AWS, PostgreSQL, and Docker.

Security Fundamentals: Understanding of IAM principles, security protocols, and access control tools.
