        This role is with the Boeing Korea Engineering and Technology Center (BKETC). As an Associate AI/ML Researcher, you will play a pivotal role in advancing artificial intelligence and machine learning through innovative research and algorithm development. Your work will focus on applications for aircraft manufacturing and factory digitalization, with a direct impact on developing state-of-the-art AI/ML models and systems that address real-world challenges.

Responsibilities
Conduct cutting-edge research in artificial intelligence and machine learning.
Develop algorithms for Generative AI, Prediction, Decision Making, and Perception.
Implement and experiment with state-of-the-art AI/ML models and techniques.
Collaborate cross-functionally to set objectives, define methods, and deliver impact.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.
A solid understanding of machine learning, data science, and data engineering fundamentals.
Proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree with 2 years of related work experience or a Master's degree in a relevant field.
Hands-on experience with state-of-the-art models (e.g., generative AI, computer vision, NLP, time series).
Familiarity with cloud platforms and GPU/accelerator-based training.
Experience with end-to-end ML workflows (data pipelines, training, evaluation, deployment/MLOps).
