Summary of the Role
The Artificial Intelligence Manager at LucyRx is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive AI strategy to integrate AI technologies into the company's business operations. This role aims to drive productivity, innovation, and competitive advantage. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this is an individual contributor position that will lead cross-functionally across the organization to advance AI initiatives, working with both internal teams and external vendors.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Develop and execute an AI strategy aligned with business objectives, identifying opportunities to leverage AI for process improvement, innovation, and competitive differentiation.
Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into business operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Lead the development and implementation of AI-powered solutions, including machine learning models, natural language processing, and computer vision, to drive business value and innovation.
Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation, encouraging the exploration and adoption of emerging AI technologies and techniques.
Develop and manage partnerships with AI technology vendors, startups, and research institutions to stay at the forefront of AI innovation.
Ensure AI solutions are designed and implemented with consideration for ethics, bias, and regulatory compliance.
Develop and manage budgets, resource allocation, and talent acquisition for AI initiatives.
Measure and report on the impact of AI initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science, with a focus on developing and deploying AI solutions in a business setting.
Track Record: Proven track record of driving business value through AI innovation and leadership.
Technical Expertise: Strong technical expertise in AI technologies and techniques.
Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferences
Experience working in healthcare.
Familiarity with cloud-based AI platforms and tools (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
Experience with data engineering, data warehousing, and data governance.
Strong understanding of data science and analytics tools (e.g., Python, R, Tableau).
