About the Role (Responsibilities):
As a hands-on AI Engineer on the Business Intelligence and AI team, you will lead the research, prototyping, and development of solutions that bring business partners closer to data through conversational AI. You will collaborate with stakeholders, data engineers, analysts, and architects to create AI-powered experiences that unlock insights through natural language. The goal is to integrate AI into the heart of the data ecosystem, moving beyond traditional dashboards.

Requirements:

Required Experience ("What you will have"):

Experience delivering AI/ML or data-driven production systems at scale.

Deep understanding of conversational AI, LLMs, GPT-based models, and AI agents.

Hands-on experience with Python and modern AI/ML libraries.

Strong experience with Snowflake, agentic frameworks, and multi-agent orchestration.

Ability to rapidly prototype solutions across a range of technologies.

Understanding of enterprise data architectures and self-service analytics needs.

Experience moving prototypes into production in enterprise environments.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, and a strong portfolio of applied AI work.

Preferred Experience ("Top candidates will have"):

Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search patterns.

Awareness of LLMOps best practices (prompt versioning, monitoring, cost optimization).

Experience with Snowflake Cortex or similar enterprise AI offerings.

Background in designing conversational AI user experience (UX) flows.

Familiarity with Matillion, Business Objects, PowerBI, Dataiku.

Experience in financial services or regulated industries.
