AIML Data Operations Annotation Analyst - Norwegian (12 Month Contract): Apple

Apple is seeking a motivated Annotation Analyst with fluency in Norwegian to join the Data Operations team. This is a 12-month contract position focused on improving Siri and Apple Intelligence.

In this role, you will annotate audio and visual data and evaluate data from customers who have opted into the grading program. You will use your language and cultural knowledge to enrich the customer experience by ensuring that interactions with Apple's AI are accurate and culturally appropriate.

Responsibilities
Annotate and Evaluate Data: Process audio and visual data, evaluating responses against strict guidelines.

Cultural Analysis: Use linguistic and cultural knowledge of the Norwegian market to evaluate nuances in language usage and dialect.

User Experience: Think creatively about how customers use products to drive improvements.

Work Schedule: Work Monday through Friday, with hours starting between 7 am–9 am and ending between 4 pm–6 pm local time.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:

Norwegian reading, writing, and comprehension skills to support the language-specific market.

Fluency in English (reading, writing, and comprehension) to partner with international teams.

Excellent active listening skills with the ability to understand verbal nuances.

Understanding of the local region and cultural variations.

Commitment to customer privacy and integrity.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in content review, testing, or similar environments.

Experience as an end user of Siri or other Intelligent Personal Assistants.

Ability to work on safety data which could include offensive material.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job-related experience.
