To train and refine Grok (xAI's AI chatbot) to excel in video game concepts, mechanics, and generation. The work aims to directly impact Grok's capabilities in producing engaging, fun, and innovative video games.

Key Responsibilities
Training and Annotation: Use proprietary software to provide labels, annotations, and inputs on projects involving game mechanics, narratives, and design elements.

Data Curation: Support the delivery of high-quality curated data that enhances the AI's understanding of gaming principles and outputs.

Collaboration: Work with technical staff to develop tasks that improve Grok's ability to generate and refine video game content, and to improve annotation tools.

Testing and Critique: Rigorously test and evaluate AI-generated video games for functionality, creativity, and engagement, and provide strong gameplay critique for iterative improvement.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Proficiency: Demonstrated high proficiency in Game Design, Computer Science, Interactive Media, or a related field.

Game Design Experience: Experience with game design, particularly indie game development, with a portfolio of created or contributed projects.

Judgment: Demonstrated strong judgment in video game quality, including appreciation for mechanics, storytelling, and player experience.

Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing gaming content and strong skills in gameplay critique and iterative improvement.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in AI-assisted game development, playtesting, or roles at indie studios.

Has dedicated a lot of time to playing video games (general dedication to the gaming world is a plus).
