AI VFX and Video Production Engineer: liso.xyz

Liso is building a platform that empowers independent artists by blending AI, Web3, and cloud infrastructure to help them produce, protect, and profit from their work.

They are seeking an AI VFX & Video Production Engineer for a creative-technical hybrid role. You will be responsible for taking creative ideas (scripts, music, visual references) and transforming them into high-quality, cinematic videos using Liso's AI tool stack. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone who loves experimenting with AI video tools and understands the rhythm of storytelling.

Responsibilities
Take creative briefs or story concepts and transform them into finished AI-generated videos.

Use existing AI tools and workflows (e..g, text-to-video, motion design, compositing) to produce assets.

Collaborate with artists, writers, and the Liso Studio team to refine pacing, visuals, and tone.

Manage post-production tasks, including VFX, sound design coordination, and final renders.

Experiment with emerging AI video platforms and suggest workflow improvements.

Requirements
Required Qualifications:

Hands-on experience creating videos with AI-powered tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, Kaiber, Synthesia, or similar).

Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and composition.

Familiarity with VFX software and video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve).

Basic understanding of AI model settings and cloud rendering workflows (AWS, GCP, or similar).

Ability to work independently and meet production timelines in a remote setup.

Preferred Skills:

Comfort working with music-based or artist-focused content.

Experience producing short-form videos for social media or digital campaigns.

Knowledge of NFT or digital asset workflows is a plus, but not required.
