As a Professional Services Transformation Manager, you will drive executive-level customer conversations to understand key business opportunities and identify how they can be solved through Google Cloud’s core technology capabilities. You will build proposals to transform customer businesses by leveraging the power of the Google platform, specifically focusing on AI and Generative AI.
You will also have the opportunity to influence Google’s Professional Services strategy, guide the overall direction of business efforts, and shape programs and offers.
Responsibilities
Strategy & GTM: Drive strategy and go-to-market efforts for Google professional services core programs; define strategy, shape offers, and build assets.
Partnerships: Build strategic partnerships with leading enterprises and work with C-level executives to identify opportunities and pain points.
Proposals: Develop executive conversations into tangible proposals and move leads forward from initial qualification.
Pipeline Management: Drive clarity in the professional services pipeline, providing regular status updates, identifying blockers, and recommending actions to resolve them.
Execution: Help execute and sustain solutions based on defined user/client business objectives and technical requirements.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience working with executive enterprise leaders, solving business issues through Cloud technology.
Experience solving business problems with cloud technologies, specifically AI and Generative AI.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Applied Science, or a related field.
8 years of experience in a technical project management or customer-facing role.
5 years of experience working across key components of the Cloud technology stack (e.g., infrastructure, data and analytics, AI/ML, security, application modernization).
Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical groups.
