AI Research Engineer (PHD or MS with Research Background): Droisys

Droisys is an innovation technology company focused on digital acceleration for its clients. This role is for an AI Research Engineer dedicated to building the next generation of Agentic AI and Large Action Models (LAMs) for complex enterprise automation. The work involves cutting-edge research and prototyping focused on multi-agent systems.

Responsibilities
Design, prototype, and experiment with multi-agent orchestration frameworks (such as LangGraph and CrewAI).

Drive research into core agentic AI concepts, including planning, reasoning, and AI-to-AI communication.

Focus on building Large Action Models (LAMs) for enterprise automation.

Requirements
Education: PhD or MS with a strong research background.

Experience: 2–6 years of experience (or equivalent strong research background) in Machine Learning (ML) or Natural Language Processing (NLP).

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.

Hands-on experience with large foundation models.

Hands-on experience with agentic systems orchestration.
