Responsibilities:

Work on the full spectrum of the AI lifecycle, from ideation to production, to develop solutions that meet healthcare finance needs.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including clinicians, user experience designers, product managers, and IT professionals.

Leverage advanced AI/ML techniques to analyze vast amounts of healthcare data.

Develop, integrate, and standardize software components while following quality system procedures.

Engineer systems for developing and deploying solutions, including design, development, verification, and risk mitigation.

Facilitate automated AI software development and releases through the design and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines.

Provide training and education to healthcare staff on the use of AI tools.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

A masterโ€™s degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, health science, or a related field and 1 year of experience; OR a bachelorโ€™s degree with 3 years of experience.

Experience applying AI and machine learning in production environments.

Skill in cloud infrastructure environments and software development tools.

Experience working with large, complex, and heterogeneous data sets, preferably in healthcare.

Skill in AI/ML techniques and frameworks.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

A Ph.D. or other doctorate degree.

Expertise in AI/ML techniques like deep learning, NLP, and Generative AI, with proficiency in tools like Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.

Knowledge of the healthcare domain, including clinical workflows, EHRs, and regulatory requirements.

Familiarity with systems engineering best practices and compliance frameworks.
