AI / ML Engineer (AI/ML Computational Science Associate Manager): Accenture

As a Generative AI Engineer at Accenture, you will build and deploy agentic systems that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous task execution. The role involves developing intelligent AI agents that can perform reasoning, planning, and goal-directed behaviors. You will be responsible for developing applications and systems that utilize AI tools and Cloud AI services to a production-ready quality.

Responsibilities
Design and develop intelligent AI agents using LLM frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or AWS Agent Squad.

Fine-tune and deploy large language models (LLMs) for task-specific applications.

Integrate tools, APIs, and external systems into agent workflows for enhanced functionality.

Implement context handling, memory modules, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.

Develop robust backend systems for real-time agent inference and data processing.

Monitor, evaluate, and iteratively improve agent behavior, output quality, and latency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI capabilities.

Requirements
Experience:

A minimum of 7.5 years of experience is required.

4-8 years in AI/ML or software engineering, with 1–2 years working directly on GenAI or autonomous agents.

Education:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

15 years of full-time education is required.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Python with experience in ML/AI libraries such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.

Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude), prompt engineering, and embeddings.

Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Weaviate, Pinecone) and RAG pipelines.

Experience using LangChain, AutoGen, or similar agentic frameworks.

Exposure to Docker, REST APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS).
