AI Implementation Engineer: Fiserv

Fiserv, a global leader in Fintech and payments, is seeking an AI Implementation Engineer to join their team in Omaha. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance business processes and customer experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into development lifecycles and support operational excellence through DevOps practices.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to identify AI/ML opportunities and design scalable solutions.

Develop and maintain AI-enabled applications using .NET frameworks and modern development practices.

Implement, test, and optimize AI models, integrating them into enterprise applications.

Deploy and manage solutions across cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

Contribute to DevOps pipelines for continuous integration, delivery, and monitoring of AI-powered systems.

Work with CCaaS solutions to enhance customer interaction platforms through AI-driven automation.

Document implementation steps and provide knowledge transfer to teams.

Requirements
Work Authorization: Must possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization. No sponsorship (including F-1 OPT/CPT, H-1B, TN) is available for this role.

Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering or AI implementation.

Programming: Strong background in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core) and Python.

AI/ML: Hands-on experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI, or Azure AI Services.

Cloud: Proficiency with at least one platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

DevOps: Knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code.

Nice to Have
Experience with Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platforms (Genesys, Five9, Amazon Connect).

Exposure to microservices architecture and API-driven development.

Familiarity with conversational AI, NLP, or speech analytics.
