Runway is seeking a curious and versatile AI Full Stack Engineer to build cutting-edge, AI-powered video creation and collaboration tools. Technical Stack Highlights
The team works across a modern stack with key technologies including:

Frontend: TypeScript, React/Redux for the rich UI.

Graphics: WebGL2 and WebAssembly for the real-time compositing and graphics engine.

Backend/APIs: TypeScript and node.js, deployed as serverless functions on AWS Lambda.

AI Models: Leverage AI APIs to power advanced generative capabilities using models like Gen-4 and Aleph.

Responsibilities
Interface Creation: Create rich multimedia interfaces using the cutting edge of the latest AI video generation models (Gen-4 and Aleph).

End-to-End Features: Build complete full-stack AI-powered product features, designing both frontend experiences and backend systems, including authoring server-side processes and APIs.

LLM Features: Design and implement LLM-powered features and conversational interfaces.

Collaboration: Partner with the engineering team to push the boundaries of creativity and content creation on the browser.

Maintenance: Improve the performance, reliability, and code quality of the codebases.

Requirements
Experience: 3+ years of industry experience in a software engineering role, ideally full-stack focused.

Languages: Demonstrated fluency in one or more programming languages, including but not limited to JavaScript/TypeScript.

AI Integration: Experience building with third-party AI APIs (e.g., chatbots, LLM integrations).

System Architecture: Experience in architecting production-ready systems and familiarity with debugging and profiling tools.

Product Development: Ability to rapidly prototype solutions and iterate on them with tight product deadlines.
