AI Engineer: OneStream Software

As an AI Engineer at OneStream, you will be a critical member in executing AI initiatives within the OneStream platform. The AI Product and Engineering team focuses on bridging the gap between AI research and AI products to bring tangible value to end-users. The team's AI solutions include applications across the machine learning spectrum, such as time series forecasting, anomaly detection, and natural language processing.


Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable, high-performance applications and services using a variety of software architecture design patterns.

Implement robust AI systems and functionalities, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.

Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack, from the user interface to the database layer.

Participate in and eventually lead technical design sessions to decompose and design complex systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical and user requirements are met.

Continuously learn best coding practices and the latest technologies in the AI ecosystem.

Requirements
Required Qualifications:

A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar work experience.

1-3 years of experience building and deploying production-level machine learning solutions or similar experience.

1-3 years of strong programming experience with one of the following: Python, C++, C, C#, Java, Rust, or Go.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with web services and API frameworks (e.g., Flask, FastAPI).

Knowledge of distributed systems and cloud-based computing (Azure).
