AI Engineer - FT Freelance - Americas: Confidential (Recruited via Arc.dev)

This is a freelance, full-time contract (40 hours/week) for a duration of 12 weeks. The company is looking for a skilled professional to spearhead the integration of AI tools within their manufacturing environment.

The role involves developing innovative solutions, specifically chatbots, to enhance operational efficiency and customer interaction. You will work to identify areas where AI can drive business improvements and ensure these solutions are scalable.

Lead the implementation of AI tools tailored to the manufacturing sector.

Develop and deploy chatbots to improve customer service and streamline internal processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for business improvement via AI.

Ensure AI solutions are scalable and align with business objectives.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI tools, making necessary adjustments to optimize functionality.

Requirements
Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience.

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in manufacturing.

Experience in chatbot development and deployment.

Proficiency with Structured Data and MySQL (listed in skill tags).

Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively to integrate AI solutions.

Nice to Have
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.

Familiarity with machine learning models and data analysis.
