AI Engineer: Doheney Services Ltd

Doheney Services Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Engineer to join its growing team in Lagos. This full-time role is focused on designing, building, and deploying AI-powered solutions that drive innovation and efficiency across the company's products and services.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in machine learning, data processing, and software engineering, with a passion for solving real-world problems using artificial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models to solve complex business problems.

Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions.

Build data pipelines for collecting, processing, and analyzing large datasets.

Optimize models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.

Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in AI/ML.

Integrate AI solutions into production-grade systems and applications.

Conduct testing, validation, and continuous improvement of models.

Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

Experience: 2–5 years of experience in building and deploying AI/ML models in a production environment.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Python and popular machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Familiarity with APIs, microservices, and scalable system design.

Core Knowledge: A strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and statistics.

Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication and collaboration abilities.
