AI Engineer and Co-founder: A7 Labs

A7 Labs is an early-stage venture studio building a cutting-edge AI platform designed to reason, learn, and perform online tasks autonomously. They are seeking an AI Engineer and Co-founder to lead the development of their core AI system. This is a co-founding opportunity for an individual with a startup mindset who is willing to build and grow the company from its earliest stage.

Responsibilities
Architect and deploy AI systems capable of reasoning and performing online tasks autonomously.

Build retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.

Experiment with fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).

Develop scalable APIs and production-ready models.

Collaborate on product and experiment design.

Requirements
Strong ML/NLP background with hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).

Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks.

Must have a startup mindset, be ownership-driven, willing to "grind," and be excited to co-found the company.
