AI Engagement Manager / Director: C3 AI

C3 AI, the Enterprise AI application software company, is seeking a highly skilled AI Engagement Manager / Director to join its team. This senior role is focused on managing the creation, development, and deployment of complex enterprise AI solutions while acting as a trusted advisor to customers.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business consulting, the full software development lifecycle, and a deep understanding of AI/ML technologies. You will collaborate with executive stakeholders to define use cases, lead dedicated project teams, drive solution adoption, and ensure the realization of tangible business value. This position requires a unique combination of skills in strategy consulting, product management, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with customers to craft compelling AI use cases that drive business value and translate them into detailed requirements.

Lead dedicated C3 AI teams comprising professionals in Data Science, Application Development, Data Integration, and Product Management.

Run all project governance activities, including project plans, weekly status reviews, and executive updates.

Anticipate stakeholder needs, manage expectations, and track and address risks before they become issues.

Advise executive customer stakeholders on future use case roadmaps, focusing on customer retention and expansion.

Quantify and track value metrics to demonstrate the impact of C3 AI solutions.

Travel to customer sites as needed (approximately 20% on average).

Qualifications & Experience:
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in a technical field like Computer Science, Engineering, or Statistics is required; an advanced Engineering degree or MBA is preferred.

Experience: A minimum of 6 - 15 years of experience in business consulting and product delivery management with enterprise SaaS solutions.

Technical Expertise: Substantial exposure to and involvement with AI/ML, data science, cloud infrastructure, solution architecture, and data engineering.

Client-Facing Skills: A credible and strong customer presence, with the ability to act as a trusted advisor and build intimacy with user needs.

Leadership: Demonstrated ability to navigate between the business and technical domains of a software implementation project while providing leadership in both.

Authorization: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future company sponsorship.
