OpenAI is seeking an AI Deployment Manager to join their AI Deployment and Adoption team. This team is responsible for the successful post-sales deployment and value realization of ChatGPT Enterprise and other OpenAI products for customers.
In this role, you will lead time-bound, strategic implementations to drive the adoption and value of ChatGPT Enterprise. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, delivering an excellent experience, and partnering with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, and Product teams. Success is measured by customer activation, adoption, live production deployments, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer outcomes, demonstrated by production deployments, increased adoption, and customer satisfaction.
Define and manage structured, time-bound onboarding and deployment projects for multiple OpenAI products.
Guide organizations through the adoption journey using change management expertise.
Train, educate, and enable ChatGPT Enterprise users to drive adoption and value.
Own the technical deployment of ChatGPT, including connectors, Codex, custom GPTs, and other advanced capabilities.
Design and lead hackathons, workshops, and other hands-on training for audiences ranging from senior executives to working teams.
Codify best practices and playbooks based on customer interactions.
Gather and relay customer feedback to internal stakeholders and identify themes to incorporate into product planning.
Requirements
6+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, engaging C-level technical audiences with complex global organizations.
Experience having led complex implementations of Generative AI or traditional ML solutions, and the ability to drive measurable business outcomes.
Exceptional presentation and communication skills, especially with executives.
A humble attitude, eagerness to help others, and a desire to learn.
High horsepower, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects with expansive ownership.
A solid track record of delivering and scaling an exceptional customer experience.
