AI and Intelligent Automation Lead (on-site or remote): Keyrock

About the Role
Keyrock is seeking a technically experienced AI & Intelligent Automation Lead/Product Manager to pioneer the integration of AI within the company's core operations. This role is pivotal in augmenting human capabilities with AI to drive significant advancements in productivity, efficiency, and decision-making. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and launching innovative AI-powered solutions that directly impact market-making, risk management, and operational processes using LLMs, Multi-Agent Coordination, and advanced data analytics.

Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision: Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI and intelligent automation initiatives.

AI Application & Automation: Drive the practical application of AI by identifying use cases and working with engineering to integrate LLMs and other automation technologies.

Technology Integration: Oversee the end-to-end integration of AI models and tools into Keyrock's existing ecosystem.

Human-AI Teaming: Champion a vision for accelerating human-AI collaborative intelligence applications to enhance decision-making and automate repetitive tasks.

Process & Capability Shaping: Actively shape organizational processes and best practices for data governance, model validation, and responsible AI usage.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Trading, Research, Engineering, etc.) to gather requirements and ensure successful product delivery.

Market & Technology Research: Stay current with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and automation.

Requirements
Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of launching complex technology products.

AI/ML Expertise: Demonstrated experience with the practical application of AI/ML, particularly LLMs and advanced automation paradigms.

Technical Acumen: Strong technical understanding of software development, data architectures, API integrations, and data engineering.

Financial Domain Exposure: Prior exposure to financial contexts, market data, and time series data manipulation is highly desirable. Experience in fintech or quantitative finance is a significant plus.

Strategic & Pragmatic Thinker: Ability to articulate a clear product vision and translate it into actionable roadmaps.
