Their SaaS platform enables brands and organizations in tourism, education, and entertainment to create immersive, location-based AR experiences. Responsibilities:
Maintain Customer Relationships: Serve as the direct point of contact for customers, from onboarding and ongoing support to strategic development.
Manage Projects: Ensure customers successfully use the platform through training, demos, and close communication.
Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify additional potential, advise customers, and place suitable service expansions.
Measure Success: Analyze usage and results, gather feedback, and suggest optimizations.
Event Presence: Represent clients at conferences, workshops, and industry events to expand networks.
Act as a Bridge to the Team: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development to communicate customer wishes and requirements to the company.
Provide Strategic Advice: Inspire customers on how they can tell new stories and enter new markets with AR and AI.
Requirements:
Customer-Oriented: Empathetic, service-oriented, and able to build trust and long-term relationships.
Strong Communication Skills: Fluent in German and English, confident in presentations, secure in negotiations, and convincing in workshops.
Experience: Professional experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment.
Storytelling Talent: Ability to convey complex technologies in an understandable and exciting way.
Tech-Affinity: Enthusiasm for AR/VR, AI, and digital innovations; proficient with Microsoft Office and common CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce).
Structure & Drive: Self-organized, maintains a clear overview, and thinks in a solution-oriented manner.
