2026 Intern - AI Governance: Adobe

This internship is with Adobe's TGRC (Technology Governance, Risk, and Compliance) team. The team ensures that Adobe's technology operations align with regulatory standards, internal policies, and industry best practices. This role offers hands-on experience in aligning governance with innovation and building tools that support enterprise-wide AI accountability.

Responsibilities
Work under the supervision of the Tech GRC manager to understand AI governance mechanisms at Adobe.

Conduct research on emerging AI regulations, standards, and best practices across global jurisdictions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align governance strategies with technical and business goals.

Contribute to maturing the AI risk management framework.

Monitor and summarize key developments in AI technologies and corresponding security risks.

Build and maintain governance/compliance dashboards to provide a comprehensive view of the organization's compliance posture.

Requirements
Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a focus in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

Experience: 0-1 years of professional or internship experience.

A foundational understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and their ethical, regulatory, and operational implications.

A self-starter with a proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.

Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

A strong interest in learning new technologies and how to assess and manage technology risk in a large-scale enterprise.

Knowledge of industry and regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOC2, FedRAMP, ISO, PCI, HIPAA, NIST) is noted as useful.
